Booking & pricing

How do I book?

Use the online calculator or the booking page — pick a service, size, date, and slot. Done in three minutes.

Do I have to pay in advance?

A card on file is required to book. We hold a small deposit. The balance runs when we finish.

Are your prices really flat?

Yes. The price on the calculator is what you pay. Add-ons are added clearly before you confirm.

What if my home is larger than 4 bedrooms?

Request a custom quote. We'll usually get back to you within two hours during business hours.

Do you offer discounts?

Recurring clients save 10–20% based on frequency. First-time clients can ask about a $20 intro credit.

What to expect

Do I need to be home?

No. Most clients give us a code or keypad. We're insured and bonded.

What time will you arrive?

We book in 2-hour arrival windows. The day before, we confirm by text.

How long does a clean take?

Standard cleaning runs 1.5–3 hours. Deep and move-out runs 3–6 hours. Post-construction varies.

Will the same team come every visit?

For recurring clients, yes — same lead cleaner whenever possible.

Do you bring supplies?

Yes — all supplies, equipment, and products included.

Pets, products, and the home

Do you charge extra for pets?

A $35 pet surcharge applies if the home has significant fur, dander, or odor.

Can you use my products?

Yes. Tell us in advance and we'll use what you provide.

Do you use green products?

Standard products are commercial-grade and effective. EPA Safer Choice options are available on request.

Are your products safe for kids and pets?

Yes — and we rinse all food-contact surfaces after disinfecting.

Recurring service

Can I skip a week?

Yes, without losing your recurring discount — just give 48 hours' notice.

Can I switch from biweekly to monthly?

Anytime. Email or text us.

What if I want to add a deep clean once a quarter?

Common request. We schedule it as part of your recurring plan.

Cancellations and guarantee

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation 24+ hours before. Within 24 hours, a $50 fee applies.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Tell us within 24 hours. We come back and re-clean the area at no charge.

What if something is damaged?

We're fully insured. Report within 24 hours and we file a claim immediately.

Airbnb-specific

Can you sync with my Airbnb calendar?

Yes. We integrate with Airbnb, VRBO, and most channel managers.

Can you handle same-day turnovers?

Yes — with notice. Same-day surcharge is $25.

Do you handle linens?

Yes — laundry on-site, off-site, or full linen rental.

Commercial

Do you sign service agreements?

Yes — monthly or annual, with clear scope and termination terms.

Can you clean after hours?

Most of our commercial work runs evenings and overnight.
